Vrtlari Ajvar Spicy
salt and pepper
1 hamburger from your favorite butcher
1 burger bun
1 tblsp mayonnaise
1 full tblsp of Ajvar Spicy
½ tomato sliced
1 medium pickle, sliced
few slices of fresh red onion
handful of lettuce
dash of salt and pepper
Heat oil or butter in a frying pan, add the burger and cook shortly on high heat, lower the heat and leave to cook slowly for about 5-6 minutes. Turn the burger and cook the other side in the same way.
While cooking the burger prepare the other ingredients, slicing tomato, onion and pickle.
Cut the bun in half and if you wish toast it slightly under the grill on the cut-sides.
Fill the bun with mayonnaise, the burger, tomato slices, Ajvar Spicy, lettuce, pickle and onion. Add a dash of salt and pepper if you like. Serve immediately.
