To give you maximum attention and space, we will work in 2-hour time slots starting from 13:00 hrs.:

• 15:00 – 17:00
• 17:00 – 19:00
• 19:00 – 21:00
Of course, you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
There will be some overlap between groups, and you are free to come earlier or stay later.
We will introduce wines from some of our new wine partners along with exciting arrivals from longstanding friends.

Once a professional rugby player, Sébastien Galtier now trades the roar of the stadium for the silence of the vineyard. Beneath the golden Languedoc sun, he tends to vines in the quaint town of Gignac, just 25 km from Montpellier.
