Traminer was destemmed, crushed and spontaneously fermented.
After 4 weeks on the heavy lees with a frequent stirring, wine was racked off and blended together with Sauvignon Blanc, where it was kept on the fine lees for 5 months, racked again and bottled unfiltered.
