An orange wine with a sophisticated, layered and juicy style. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Olaszrizling (Welshriesling) and Tramini (Gewürztraminer) grapes that were fermented sponaneously on the skin and aged on lees for 6 months in amphoras and oak barrels, the result is a silky, smooth and structured, orange-colored wine.
Notes of lavender, mandarins, eucalyptus and much, much more, slowly developing and evolving long after the bottle has been opened. Made with natural techniques, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
