Pinot Gris with beautiful copper colour as a result of 18 days of skin contact.
Cheerful aromas of forest strawberries, rosehip and red apples escorted by soft but potent warm green scent of geranium.
The palate is dry with lush acidity and soft tannic structure. Lead by red fruit, a bit of bread dough and overall pleasantly spicy.
Mineral driven and absolutely refreshing.
Six months ageing on the fine lees before bottling.
