Overall it’s a tight and energetic wine. It shows the true characteristics of Šipon, with beautiful soft and fruity tones at first, backed by a burst of fine acidity that makes your mouth water and crave for more. Notes of fresh orange and lemon zest dance in the back palate.
Aging in oak barrel – smoky and a bit of vanilla, is well integrated.
Marl soil provided great and pleasant minerality.
