Maurer Kevidinka – Kövidinka 2021
Expressive dry wine. Light and super juicy Serbian orange wine made from a pioneer of natural wines. Savoury notes of quince, baking spices, and plenty of volcanic minerality on the nose. Grippy and generous on the palate with more quince carried by refreshing acidity. 6 days of skin contact. The juice ferments and ages in 500l old Hungarian oak for 6 months.
