A word from the winemaker
Mobylette is the name of the Gasoline blend that we put in a special French motorcycle. David, as a child, had one and he decided to give his name to that cuvee.
All the grapes cultivated in the estate, with a short maceration of 3 days for some of the white grapes, and ten days of skin contact for the Pinot Noir.
Mobylette is juicy and easy to drink yet precise and clean.
