Grenache provides luscious ripe berry flavors, intertwined with notes of rose, licorice and spice, while Carignan runs magnificent color and structure, with bright acidity and supple, delicate tannins.
Crafted by Paysan Vigneron Sébastien Galtier, a former rugby pro who shifted gears to embrace his roots in Aveyron. In his pursuit of crafting high-quality wines that echo the terroir, Sébastien eschews oenological additives. His focus is on traditional, natural winemaking, aiming to preserve freshness while cherishing the southern character with its generous aromas.
