Sagmeister – Kanias Furmint 2019 is a captivating white wine from Serbia that showcases the distinctive character of the Furmint grape and the Kanias vineyard, located on south slopes of mountain Fruska Gora.
The wine has a rich golden hue and a complex bouquet of: herbs, flowers, pome fruits, and spices.
On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and balanced by a lively acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. Moreover, the flavours are intense and layered, with notes of: apples, pears, dried fruit, and baking spices.
18 months ageing in oak barrels on fine lees, added structure and complexity with tender resinous and nutty whiff.
