Pinot Gris with beautiful copper color resulting from 18 days of skin contact.
Cheerful aromas of forest strawberries, rosehip and red apples, all escorted by a soft but potent warm green scent of geranium – floral, fresh and lively with a touch of citrus-like brightness.
The palate is dry with lush, crisp and uplifting acidity and soft tannic structure. Lead by red fruit, a bit of brioche and overall pleasantly spicy.
Mineral driven and absolutely refreshing.
The wine has been aged for six months on the fine lees before bottling, which gives a lovely texture and character.
